if you have the same problems with another brand of bars, it could only mean one thing...

I have the stillen sway bars set and I never had a single issue. And yes, I drive the car like I stole her all summer and never an issue.

MANY track days, and trust me when I say I drive hard. No issues with my whiteline and I just checked it...still perfectly centered

Now I'm going to ask MY question. With the install, how tight was the bushing on the swaybar? In other words, when lubed, was the bar able to rotate freely? If not, the bushing may have been too tight on the bar, causing binding! You can either grind down the "block" side of the bushing to make that fit nicer or put washers underneath the bracket (which is what I did) to give more clearance to the bushing, and less bind on the bar.

I think it's their "lateral locks" that they think are so clever, which are the culprit. Maybe i'll ditch those??

no, you need that, otherwise it will make the situation even worse!

make sure there is no more than 0.2mm play on each end. that pretty much fixed my kangaroo situation.

Oh yeah, when i put those on there... they were right up on the bushing.
I'll be putting the stock bar back on tonight, so i'll be able to report for sure the thunkage.

Thumbs down

Sorry to bring this post back from 2015. But, it also means i did my homework.
It is now 2017, and i am wondering if this issue has been resolved with Whiteline.

I don't think i will track my car, but I still want some trouble free (front only) sway bar.
