Alignment issues

I only have 9300 miles on the car and already need a third alignment. Is this a common issue for the Z? Front and rear keep going out mainly the rear toe. Has anyone else had this type of problem?
Car has all stock suspension and wheel set up.

is the dealer telling you that or actual alignment data telling you that?

my 09 has not been aligned even once. :icon17: no issues here.

Actual data. Been to dealership and also a friends shop to have it done and watched them check the alignment and show me the computer.

is the alignment rack caliberated?

if so, that sucks. you must have really bad roads out there.

Is the dealer picking up the tab ?

Everything was all in check. One used a rack and dealer checked with the ones that hook on the wheels ( don't know what they are called). Do a lot a city driving but I still think every 3000 miles is ridiculous for an alignment

Find a local shop that will do a lifetime alignment (or 3 or 5 years or so). I paid the cost of a little more than 2 alignments for 5 years unlimited at NTB. I get one done about every 3-6 months. It's rare that anything other than the front toe is out, and even then it is barely outside the normal tolerance.

Just looked them up. Only $170 for the lifetime. Doesn't sound like a bad idea

i just had an alignment done also after putting new tires on. the alignment felt like it didnt change at all. i still get strong pull to the right.

kenchan 09-17-2014 01:12 PM

might be your bushings worn out.

Swap your front tires around. Put the left on the right, and the right on the left. Sounds like you might have a radial tire pull.
