Lowering Springs on Nismo- HELP

Guys, need some help fast. Looking to get a set of Lowering Springs very soon. Which is the best quality that gives the best drop? Any recommendations
ALSO- Spacers- To get the best fitment, are these recommended? And is 15mm all around the best combo?
