Default does nismo s-tune stuff bump you out of CS in autox?

Hey all,

I just bought this car recently for my dedicated track/autox car. I know that the nismo s-tune stuff is technically a factory option, so i'm wondering if anyone has any experience with it and if it'll bump me out of the stock class if i get the sways, springs, and shocks? By technicality i imagine it wouldn't but i'm just looking for some confirmation before dropping the cash.
