Brother has BC's, there good for what they are. I've been in cars with stance, tein, as well as most any other coils u can think of except for Aragosta (which I'm sure are amazing) nothing compares to the V3's to me. Durability, strength, track set up, ride comfort. Nothing compares. Yes they use the stock top hats, that's how their designed. Yes you cant adjust rebound on the fly for the rears without drilling a hole for access. But Mine are dialed in to 11 and they feel great for daily and are still hella firm. The ride quality, and quality over all are top notch. Had em on my G and now on my Z, there the only real choice for me. My .02

Ride height on the G was 25" middle of fender to ground front and rear. She was low, no issues what so ever. The Z is at 25.5", you can go much lower with the stance set up your right, but my car won't see 24" ride height territory. Plus the KW's weren't meant for that. And all the cars i was referring to that I have ridden in were G's different tires yes, alignment and toe were basically close, around -2 on camber, with most running spc arms. Not knocking stance, most guys slamming their rides static run em, and their great. But as far as kw's riding like crap, far from it brother, ride quality and workmanship are ridiculous, comfortable, planted, no squat when accelerating, steering is firm, and the more u push it the better it performs. And longevity on em aren't an issue. Had em for years on the G.

Posts like this are what get me confused about choice in coilovers. I hear such fantastic things about KW V3's, but then again I have to take it in context of how they're using them as well. I also understand that something like a true coilover system with more adjustability may be worthwhile for someone tracking their car. My car is slowly moving towards strictly track use, but it's a slow transformation. As for now I'm still putting 15-20k miles a year on it commuting as well. Guess we'll see what coils I'll be going for early next year.

Last week end I took a friends Sti Subaru around the track so he could 'feel' what it could do. He has an Accuair sports setup bag over shock style with e-levelling - incidentally he is actually using KW3 shock it self.
The ride was amazing - typical slight understeer as AWD do but hugging the corners and riding the ripples the car remained settled and didn't jump or lurch as it would normally. At the end of the drive - he dropped it his Sti on it's belly....vey surreal. Costs are and will be a concern - all told including labour $5-6K - but you could tell where the money went. My point is best of both worlds I felt and drove - quite amazing.

what someone told me to get me to pick was customer based. kW might be awesome for street and maybe light track but how's their service? Do they service? Can they revalve and will they? Can you upgrade to swift springs? Whats the cost of maintenance? Etc etc ect. I went with Adam-race consulting. He's a block away for stance. He and stance talk all the time so service is there!! Maintenance, revalving, upgrading, consulting etc etc are there at my finger tips! I can call either one and get what I need. Again 2 ways from jrz are $9000. I have no idea why they are 9k vs stance at 2k, but stance and Adam being close in Chicago makes me feel better and I think I'll be good with my purchase. Maybe give Adam a shout on FB and talk with him like he has with me. My names scott. See what he says and if you can't afford the 2 ways see whats up with the pro and pro SS's.
