Now I know the rattling isn't the end links. I swapped back to OEM and still have rattling at slow speeds.
Looks like the culprit is the Nismo suspension. Now to figure that out.

Default Fixed it!!!!

Finally found where the popping was coming from. It wasn't the end links at all. It was the center nut of the struts. Got both sides tightened down and it seems to have fixed the problem.
Of course I'll have to drive it for awhile to make sure, but the "bounce" test helped me figure it out. Bounce the front end with the hood open, tightened the nuts down and bounced it again.

Putting info together from this thread and others I was able to finally put 2 and 2 together. I'm pretty pumped right now.

Now to the rear end.
