Yes, cheap is the most important consideration when dealing with brakes.

God, I hope you're being sarcastic. Otherwise you're setting yourself up for a big problem.

Please don't skimp on brake components. Your brake problems can easily become someone else's problem if something were to happen.

If it's just pad deposits, you should be able to get the rotors turned (resurfaced). Fairly inexpensive

Yep. Take off the rotors, take them to the auto parts store and have them turned. Take them home, put them back on and go bed the brakes in again. And stop holding down the brake pedal at red lights.

2. 99.9% chance that this is the problem. A few 60-5 hard braking sessions may fix it. If that doesn't work, resurfacing the rotors may be the answer. As others have said, don't come to a complete stop after braking hard. If you do have to stop after hard braking, keep your foot off the brake - shift to neutral and/or use the parking brake if necessary. 3. Yep. If it only happens when braking, it not a balance problem.

Oh wow I didn't know about number two. And it only happens when breaking from high speeds that's it. So yea hopefully it's nothing too serious

I'm sure it's possible, but I've never heard of that happening.

If you are using the parking brake to slow down, you could get deposits.

Ok so i talked to a friend of mine who works at a shop and he told me that my suspension might be the problem? He said that although rotors can cause this it might be more of a suspension problem then it is anything else, and he advised that i dont get a alignment just yet seeing how if that isnt the problem im going to need to get another one after i do fix the problem. Could a bent arm or something bent or dented be the cause of the wheel stutter at braking at high speeds? Also my steering wheel is a bit off center to the left. so if its 50/50 which is straight, mine is at 45/55.

Have you tried burning off any glaze that may be present? Takes about five minutes and may solve your problem. Try it before worrying about the suspension.
