I got that shuddering when my car is merely 1 year/10K. Ignored it at first and a few months later it became pretty bad. I tried the hard braking and put in a new set of Hawk to no avail. Reluctantly took it back to the dealer to "machined front brake rotors" and the shuddering went away. Just my two cents.
