Yes and yes... I'm sure they are great if you can find an alignment guy that can get it all straight. It seemed to make the rear harder to adjust for toe and camber. My rear wheels were offset by a 1/4" from one side to the other... I wouldn't put mine back on. If you get anything else, get mid links or toe links if you're doing coil overs. Then you can lock out the eccentric toe bolts too. Mid links are on my list...
