Yes and yes... I'm sure they are great if you can find an alignment guy that can get it all straight. It seemed to make the rear harder to adjust for toe and camber. My rear wheels were offset by a 1/4" from one side to the other... I wouldn't put mine back on. If you get anything else, get mid links or toe links if you're doing coil overs. Then you can lock out the eccentric toe bolts too. Mid links are on my list...

NORAIN thank you! Ok heres what Im going to get, tell me if im wrong: swift springs and konis: Front A arm: Rear camber arm: Toe bolts: Ecentric lockout bolts? and thought you cant use mid links with springs? And I dont need toe arm as im just going to be on springs as said in post #2 right?

toe links are for TRUE coils...didnt want confusion there. youre right spec'rs are normal OEM size. swift racing linear springs come in 3 different sizes and the 65mm or 2.5" ones fit into the SPL mid links. also they come in like 10 different lengths. the 6-7" are fine.
