well, greasing the bushing inside out is a given.

and bushings breaking apart (poly compound) before endlinks (ball joint) is also a given.

one must be totally deaf not to first detect rowing boat squeaks and creaks prior to so much binding that it seizes the frikken bar??

i want to see poly bushing that is so frikken stiff that it equals the strength of bar being welded to the frame.

so riptide- grease your bushings inside out before install. otherwise your endlinks will pop out. lol

i use white lithium grease.

Noted, Kenchan. I think for the time being, I am just going to order the rear SPL endlinks. If the fronts take a ****, then so be it. I will replace them when/if they do.

I popped the ball out of a OE rear on a very steep parking lot entrance. No knocking beforehand. It's loud. You'll think something a lot more important than an endlink snapped.

wow that's crazy. but thats not from sized bushings though. you extended the bar and suspension beyond the designed geometry.

Had the bar been sufficiently lubed, it had the travel to accomodate the angle. Give it a try- it sounds like you've been shot at. Almost cost me a pair of shorts.

bar endlinks are much more susceptible to wear and damage than people think, it is much more common to find broken endlinks than torn up bushings it doesn't take an unimaginable amount of force to rip a ball and socket joint apart especially under the high angles and loads a lot of aftermarket bars put them at.
