well, greasing the bushing inside out is a given.

and bushings breaking apart (poly compound) before endlinks (ball joint) is also a given.

bar endlinks are much more susceptible to wear and damage than people think, it is much more common to find broken endlinks than torn up bushings it doesn't take an unimaginable amount of force to rip a ball and socket joint apart especially under the high angles and loads a lot of aftermarket bars put them at.

ive not had one physically pop out on my many cars ive modded. perhaps there is a reason why mine dont just suddenly pop out or break so easily.

a lot of folks in general just put things together without really thinking why a car was designed a certain way and just go all out on their own expecting something huge...well, experience says, there is no such easy way.

there are compromises to any mod you do. some things are better left alone...especially if one's only tracking their car in their heads. lol

And what reason do you think that is? Just because something hasn't happened to you, doesn't mean it can't or won't happen. I've known plenty of people who have snapped OE endlinks with bigger sway bars on a variety of vehicles.
