I spent 2k on a custom set of coilovets. It barely made any difference, just get some lowering springs and call it a day

Lol never gonna let it go are you? I did EVERYTHING to me bike and didn't notice much. Then I got on my local track from the end of one summer to the start of another and dropped around 5 seconds.

At the end of the day, I would probably still get the coilovers, but not before I obtain things like sway bars, camber arms and such. |

I asked about the KW 1's because it was my understanding they were of the same quality as the KW 3's without all the adjustability. I have intended to go with camber arms but just wanted to know if they were needed with the modest drop.
I am interested in the Koni/Swift combo as well, but the drop is enough that the stock sport wheels really tuck up under the fenders. I'm concerned about using wheel spacers so I don't know if thats an option. I am running the new Dunlop direzza z2 tires which are insane and do not want rubbing issues. |

Did FA revalve the dampers or just the spring rate being custom?

#1 Sway bars, front camber arms and brake cooling kit, alignment #2 Coilover, rear camber/toe arms, corner balance, alignment #3 Differential You can go with bushings and stuff, but I don't want to get to that point. My 510s are custom valved for the springs. The adjustments do work as I nearly flew off the track with the suspension at the 60% level vs. 100% stiff. But then my best times were the same as stock vs suspension at 100% stiff. I do have to say the average mean time did come down as the car was way easier to drive. I either drove really fast when my car was stock or I just struggle with the new suspension |
