CV Joint at only 11k miles?

I have a 2009 with only Eleven Thousand miles. yet when I turn to the left it makes a thumping, knocking, or popping sound similar to a CV joint going out. Could this just need some grease in a boot or something. This is my first post and first Z so any help would be appreciated. Any Ideas?

Possibly also the axle nut needing to be torqued down. Very common with 350z's and I believe early production 370z.

Yep I noticed it when it got really cold. And yes it's the original tires. I will have to look at all these things. Thanks .

I had a clunk-pop when turning. Greasing the front sway bar bushings with plumber's silicone cured it. The car only had 9k miles at the time and stock sway bar.
