I would say no about breaking. I replaced mine because of them being sloppy.

Well ideal depends also on the front. And to me and everything I have ever read, ideal needs to have more negative in the front then the rear. Normally people shoot for -1.0 more in the front. Since you're at -0.2 more in the rear, I'd change that to anything below -1.6. -1.0 to -1.4 would work. If you're not tracking, less is better for tire wear and if you like to straight line sprint, less is better since you'll have more traction. However that also depends on springs and such since rear end squat changes alignment.
