There are numerous differences between KW and Zeal, or KW and Ohlins, most notably in the materials used, the way the valving is layed out internally, and in the ability for customization. As far as comfort goes, spring rate along does not determine it - it's the relationship between the rate, the valving, and the wheel/tire combo that ultimately defines what our butts consider comfortable, or uncomfortable, or something in between As far as JIC, comparing them to anything Zeal (both in terms of product quality, and the overall buying/ownership experience) they are polar opposites. |
