SPL Upper Control Arms. The First

After a great weekend at ZNational this year again, I won the raffle for these sexy SPL Camber Arms. It was claimed to be the first set offered to the public next to the race teams that tested them. If that's true, cool. But these babies are sweeeeet. The raffle also included the rear camber arms. Together that's over 1K. I almost have everything SPL offers. Just two more products and that's it. There expensive for what you get.

Well I already had the rears so before I could get off the stage I was approached by another member here that already knew I had the rears. That quick we made a paypal transaction and off he was. Then five minutes later I'm approached about my SPC front arms. Yep, sold too. lol

Big thanks to SPL for donating these to Z1

I am still on the fence with these. I have no intentions of tracking the car but updating the suspension anyway with coilovers. I know SPC's would cover the camber requirements up front but damn those things are nice and totally am into the adjustment set up they went with. What's an old fart supposed to do?????

Wow I am super jelly! Can you weigh one? They look beefy and I'm curious if they are heavier than the steel options.

Did you get the reaction from SWMBO that I got ...

I've had "the silent" treatment for 4 days .... man life is good, no ear-noise at all.

Downside is I am cooking for myself, but it will be a few days yet before I starve and need to capitulate !!

Only problem is they are not being shipped from Corner3Garage until the end of the week and flight-time to Oz will be 4 days (at least).

Ah well, the joys of wedded bliss (39 years and counting !!).
