Rear left side is 3/4" lower and tire has 1/4" less side clearance to fender
After installing new tires, I was measuring the fender clearance so I could buy the right size spacers. I noticed the rear left side had 1/4" less room than the rear right. So I measured the height and I discovered that they are 3/4" different in height.
The floor is leveled and I did parked the car in the opposite direction just to confirm it. I'm not a fat *** and the front of the car is actually perfectly leveled. Tank is full and all tires have the same pressure. I don't really remembered hitting any pot holes. I'm thinking on taking to the dealer. They reassembled my rear suspension and rear axles about 6 weeks ago trying to eliminate the famous metal click sound. Also, I haven't have my car aligned for quite some time, so I'm wondering if I should try that first. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any thoughts? Thank you for the help. Just see what happens after a few hundred miles. I don't think its a big deal other than you're more planted turning left.

Hahaha! No, I'm not that large. I'm 6'1" and 200lbs. Not small but I don't think it's enough for such a difference.
Plus it's only on the back The front is perfectly leveled I'll measure again after a few hundred miles. I wonder if the guys that do alignments would catch that... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free |
