Hello
Just thought i would add my 2cents worth here. Car has 104,000 km on the clock. I installed Pedders Sportsryder Coil Springs (Part:220042 Front - Part:2925 Rear) 60,000 kilometers ago. Still have the OEM shocks. I found these coils very good in all this time. I have noticed lately my ride quality is starting to get a little 'funny'. Time to replace the shocks - only I am not sure what will match the coil spring rates - and I am looking to no avail..... Since I have had no problems with the OEM shocks - and they have lasted this long, I thought i might get some OEM shocks that suit the Nismo 370z. thoughts?

Here are a few comparison shots for the undecided:
H&R Swift Spec R Eibach Pro Kit ARK Performance GT-F ARK Performance GT-S I'm very happy with my Swift springs, but looking back, I should've bought ARK springs instead. The drop in both variations just look so much better.

Ark gt-s lowering spring info should be updated as the Ark website states:
Drop / Rate: Front 1.40" Rear 1.20" Spring Rate: Front: 4.7-9.5 kg/mm Rear: 5.5-10.7 kg/mm What would be the correct spring rate as they state F:4.7-9.5k? and R:5.5-10.7k? |

If anyone else has the same question, i called ARK and they said it's about 9 for front and 10 for rear, so i believe the front is 9.5 and r:10.7 kg/mm as stated as above. Seems like a good option for some one looking to buy swifts but need a lower drop!

mmmm, that drop with the ARK looks perfect! I was looking into Tein, but I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I had coilovers on my 2013 Accord coupe, but I never really played with them a whole lot, so I opted to go with springs this go around. Cheaper and less option for mechanically failure I guess.
Awesome! Thx OP |

if going just by appearance, swift looks the best for me. honestly i prefer the stock ride height.
i dont like this car riding real low. looks like a toad that got stepped on. |

I just had the eibach pro kit and sway bars installed with the eibach camber kits to bring it all back to proper adjustment. Feels reel good and cornering and breaking on my '13 sport is much improved. I have noticed that the front "creeks" like an old wooden floor when I go over bumps or into and out of driveways. It's not bottoming but more of a noise. Should I be worried? It was done about a month ago by a well known shop with a tone of Z experience.

I previously owned an s2000 and I bought swift spec springs for it. After checking the stock rates I wanted much stiffer springs. Accordingly to swift their springs should have been much stiffer but to my surprise they were not. I installed them on the car and had a more supple ride. I'd like to buy the swift springs for my nismo but I do not want it to feel softer. Has this been thr case for any nismo owners?

I had the swift springs installed on my base model with sport package this weekend. I also had the same feeling you had on your s2000 kikkomon. It feels softer than stock. Along with the springs 20" Avant Garde M368 were also installed

Hey guys, maybe someone could chime in. I'm in a 13' Nismo riding on 275/30/19's & 305/30/19's and my question is would the Ark GT-S springs be too much? Maybe someone on here has ran a similar setup?
