The Swifts are specifically designed to work with your oem struts so they won't put much more stress than oem spring. I've had an og member telling me he is still running on his oe shocks 2 years after the swift installed, even with the occasional hard driving on the track. About 90% of the owners here use Swift spring, and for good reason.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I'll probably get the swift springs but I'll still probably get some Tokico or KYB shocks just to be safe if I don't get coilovers.

Thank G!
H&R Does not publish spring rates and explains it here. H&R Special Springs, LP Spring Rate Also, it is recommended to swap out oem shocks when installing lowering springs.

If swift springs are designed to work with stock struts, does it make sense that less drop would be even better, (i.e. Eibach, or tein)?

Remember that the more of a drop the shorter the shock life when it comes to lowering springs. |
