Default Which brand and model makes the mildest drop(spring) for 370Z??

Hello Z lovers!
I have been reading all these previous threads on Springs and dropping but as I read more, I get more confused. Everyone and every sites provide different dropping length and I want the mildest drop. (Maybe .5" to .7"??) I concluded myself that Tein S-tech has the mildest drop among all of them but someone told me Eibach is the one, other people are saying Eibach, others saying Swift,
Can someone firmly say which brand has the mildest drop? (I'm considering under 1")
Thank you!
