Lol yep, plus it'll blow the oem shocks in a few months...then more $ spent on righting the wrong

Negative. The ad says the coils are cold wounded.

I guess they fell down in December?

But seriously save your money and don't waste it on JUNK!

Your Z doesn't deserve it.

Lol I did that at 16. Did it with a propane torch in the garage. Actually worked very well since it took forever to heat so the drop was slow and easy to control.

I have never known anyone who ran ebay cheapo springs

Probably not a good idea since quality springs aren't that expensive anyway

damian_mb 07-29-2013 12:31 PM

I think you got your answer.....If you get them GL!

Even if they were a legit set of springs that drop rate is way too aggressive and as others have said it will destroy the stock shocks.

Seriously though, you spent $30k+ on a sport car but you cant cant shell out $300 for Swifts? I would never consider running those cheapo ebay springs on a hyundai, let alone a Z. C'mon man!

Please don't do this. The stock springs that came with your car are FAR more higher quality than this. The stock springs are actually tuned from factory for our car. This pos is probably made in china that'll actually make your car handle worse than factory. Are you on the budget? How about making a "WANTED" thread in the classified section for a "take off" Nismo springs (from a regular nismo owner who upgraded to swift or w/e). He'll probably let you have it for $100 or even free (just pay shipping). and If you're curious how good is stock suspension? well here's a member doing autox on bone stock oem suspension. Stock suspension is good enough starting point for many motorsports event.
