R35 GT-R Brakes on the 370Z?

I'm wondering if the stock Brembo Brakes from the R35 will fit on the 370Z? Same bolt pattern, but I'm wondering if the brackets and hardware will fit. They would

I'm wondering if the stock Brembo Brakes from the R35 will fit on the 370Z? Same bolt pattern, but I'm wondering if the brackets and hardware will fit. They would be the same as buying an aftermarket BBK for the 370Z.
