Yes, all parts are interchangeable. Honestly, Nismo springs are worth their weight in... Almost nothing actually... The struts are OK, but your suspension will be much, MUCH harder... And cornering

Honestly, Nismo springs are worth their weight in... Almost nothing actually... The struts are OK, but your suspension will be much, MUCH harder... And cornering will be better... Now, sway bar... It's not definite that the stock Nismo sway is any stiffer... The ones Z1 sells ARE stiffer... Not by much, good for a DD, it's what I have
