Ride is a little stiffer, but not kidney shattering (unless the road is messed up, then I change lanes). It handles great on the track, and street.
This makes me feel much better as I want to change from sports/touring suspension to the s-tune full oem setup. It will complete my s-tune package.

Sounds like just what I'm looking for and I'll hope for the .5 drop all around.

Hi !

I got my 370Z three weeks ago, and like most of the people, I feel the suspensions a little bit to soft.

I would like to change them without lowering my car (or by 10mm maximum)

The first possibility is to buy a Nismo combo (struts+springs).

Are you aware of other stiffer springs for 370Z that do not lower the car and I could use without changing the struts ?

Thanks

i thought the nismo springs raise the front on the base.

for me, all the Z needed was to photoshop a slightly stiffer front swaybar.
note that my other cars are modded and have owned many modded cars in the past.
the Z does not require that many mods for street use.

That is for road use only (including moutain roads), not for track.

So you recommend to change only the front swaybar (and not the rear swaybar) instead of changing the springs ?

yep, do the front swaybar only. it seems rear would help more, but in reality the car sways in the front a bit more than desired. the rear is fine.

you can change the springs to swifts if you want, but ive not had the need. if you are going to change springs, do the springs first cause then the car will tell you wat it needs next.

Thanks for the prompt answer

OK, probably I will look for changing only the front swayfront. Which one do you recommend

About springs, the issue is that currently I don't know which springs to buy (I would like them stiffer, but don't want to lower my car...)

im using the kangaroo bar aka whiteline in the soft setting which is about 30%+ stiffer than stock. i also have a stillen bar set in my parts bin new in box as back up.

if my whitelines ever fail (the bushing is kinda crappy) im going to use just the front stillen bar on stock bushings in the middle setting. this too gives the front about 30%+ stiffer than stock.

if you want just stiffer on the shocks and ride, i recommend you keep your stock springs and get koni yellows. by dialing in the rebound you might be able to achieve wat you want without adding the front bar.

Whitelines swaybars is like night and day difference with the OEM sway
You can use the nismo springs and shocks if you want it to be stiffer.

I personally use cialis though!

Ok back to topic swift springs as far I'm concerned are softer than the OEM springs. So ride is much better for me.

btw guys...i posted a huge thread about nismo sways. the sways that come on the nismo 370z are the exact same ones as the nismo s-tune sways, except for the paint job. they weighed the same and had the same diameters when i purchased a set from Z1.

stock nismo sways vs s tune nismo sways
kenchan and Zoren 370 like this.

What is the color of the Nismo OEM swaybar ? I would like to avoid something too flashy in case of someone have a look to the bottom of the car...

Nismo sways are just black. There's zero need to worry about something "too flashy" when it comes to sways.
