They can only go 2.5 because the arms would only give so much adjustments or was it because your car was slammed and needed the camber to avoid rubbing?

Why would you want to run 2.5 positive in the rear? -1.8 is suggested.. if you can't get more positive then -2.5 then they are doing it wrong unless your car is litterally on the ground and in that case your doing it wrong.

He's saying he wants less negative camber than -2.5. He wants to be around -1.8 but the SPC kit didn't allow them to get it any closer to stock than -2.5.

OP needs to be more specific with his wording. He's say he's stuck at 2.5 NOT -2.5 and said he wants more positive camber.

I wonder how slammed this car is and if not, what the problem is.

Do you have SPC arms or kinetex?

Sh0velMan 04-25-2013 02:52 PM

There's not an adjustable arm on the planet made for the Z34 that could get the rear to 2.5 degrees positive camber in the rear, especially if he was starting out -3+ before the install. Some assumptions are safe to make, guys.

you must be slammed then if -2.5 is the farthest the SPC arms will get you....... unless im missing something.

I'm curious too. I just installed the same thing last weekend and am getting ready for an alignment next week but from the looks of it, there were enough threads on the camber arms to push the wheels into positive camber. I didn't even bother with camber bolts either.

chrischhorn 04-25-2013 04:50 PM

Arms say they have a 4 degree adjustment so sounds like the shop is failing miserably if -2.5 is as far is you can go.

RyanWest 04-26-2013 10:26 AM

I mean come on dude who runs 2.5... obviously its -2.5.

Yes the car is on its nuts. I wanna be -1.5.... help guys

The bolt hole on the chassis has to be elongated to get the full range of adjustment.

Do you have the camber arms as well as the bolts?

RyanWest 04-26-2013 01:09 PM

Yes and the did enlarge the toe bolt hole.... :/

Are you at advance performance? If not, you should be.
