Cheers all....looking into a BBK setup and came across this:
http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/...70050839_o.jpg Could anybody offer assistance in identifying the PN's for this BBK setup? Here is a link to Project Mu setups but not sure if they are all listed here: http://www.project-mu.com.au/en/prod...uides/kits.htm Perhaps the forged V36 kit? Thanks in advance. |
i talked with very few people whos running project mu set up on our car platform(370z/g37). they all said the same thing, they had to make custom brakets.

Anybody care to chime in? Thanks in advance. :) |
Hey Aaron...
I have a Project Mu 'one-off' set-up. We did the 4-wheel forged slim kit on my G. This endeavor was rather pricey. My advice? I would probably not recommend it. You will need to buy a full big brake kit, then replace perfectly good parts with not only new brackets, but new hats for the front rotors to make them compatible with your G. And those replacement parts are not cheap, especially after you've already spent thousands on the kit itself. Just my $.02. Good luck... |
^ thanks for chiming in Bill.
This doc shows a PMu setup specific for G37 Coupe (CKV36): http://www.project-mu.co.jp/matching...r_matching.pdf Hmmmm. |
Not sure if this helps, but the car in the first pic belongs to MUST

That is interesting. I believe Project Mu made a 6/4POT billet kit for the G37, but mine is a retro-fit forged Slim Kit with 6POT front and 4POT rear calipers. That link shows a G37 coupe kit with 4POT front and rear. At the same time, it does not show other kits that I know are available from PMu. I think I need to do some research on this. |

And between the two links, there are some inconsistencies. Perhaps one is older. Any insight would be great. |
