Swifts sport springs vs swift spec r springs.

Swifts website shows these as 2 different springs, but when I got mine i ccan't find anywhere on the box where it says spec r. It only says sport at

Swifts website shows these as 2 different springs, but when I got mine i ccan't find anywhere on the box where it says spec r. It only says sport at the top but I am reading that everyone is using the spec r Springs on the 370. I can't find 2 separate Springs being made for the z, I am just st wondering if anyone has any input on the differences or which Springs I got.
