Nismo Springs?
I have a base but I want to drop it a little bit, If I install nismo springs on it will I have to install a camber kit? the drop will be about 1/2 inch.

doubtful... there are a lot of people who will say the Nismo springs on a Base do not lower it at all

Yup... I would do a bit of research first, but you may be able to find some cheap enough that you could try them for yourself before you take my word for it (I'm on stock base springs).

Used aftermarket springs pop up all the time. I'd just sit back and watch for someone to part out their car or go from springs to coilovers. Also, you'll very likely need a camber kit regardless of spring type. It's a lot cheaper in the long run to get the camber dialed in than to replace tires.

Very true I'm thinking I just going to save up some money and get some coilovers I found some a member is selling.

If your budget only allows cheapo coilovers, just buy springs.

I'm not sure exactly what brand you're looking at, but it seems like 90% of the "budget" coilovers are all coming from Taiwan, made from substandard materials with little or no quality control. I remember seeing a shock dyno of some of the lower end coilovers and none of them matched. If it's my money, I'm either buying a set of used springs or saving up until I can pick up a quality set of coilovers.

Had NISMO springs, stabilizers and wheels put on my 2013 sport touring by the dealer before I dove it off the lot. Their mechanic told me it lowered the car by 1/2" (no proof). He also adjusted the alignment. The alignment spec report is attached. No camber kit needed.
