Help me choose caliper color
Finally upgraded to sport brakes all around.
I have an interesting theme I'm thinking teal like project mu but also Thinking RED http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...663745157E.jpg |
red!
|
I have a blue car too and I think red is THE color for BBKs...
But it will clash BIG TIME, even with your Ti rims What about black with a white "Nissan"? |
I vote yellow.
|
Yellow. Hmmm
Saw Porsche blue with yellow. Not bad! http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...72ABF41040.jpg |
|
^that does look good
|
still liking the yellow over the orange
|
Go with yellow dude. Yellow stands out so much cleaner. My favorite is black on yellow... so there. Heed.

Since you have a light color, I would do one of two things if that were my Z. I would do white calipers with translucent pearl paint and have the "Nissan" painted the color of the car or red. Option 2 is going for the same color as the car. Red, black, and yellow will go well with it but there are tons of those out there, plus white complements nearly every color just like black does and white calipers are rarely seen. Nice wheels BTW.

Everyone always says that whatever color you make it, it's going to change radically after they get hot.
I thought pretty much grey and black were the only colors that survived the heat? Mike probably knows a lot on this particular topic... |
For everything but track use, they will hold up just fine. I've got customers who have had them 6+ years and say they still look like new.
I would go with matching blue myself. |

lol, I read everything the lens of track use being what everyone uses these cars for... |
