Yeah it looks like it would be a brake line clip or something, but not finding it in the manual

I scanned the parts of the 2009 FSMs that had anything to do with the aft underside and came up with nothing.

Me either. If it wasn't so shinny I would think it was just another piece of junk in the garage. I rotated the driver side rear wheel, heard a ping & found this thing under the Passenger side rotor. It's just not making any sense to what it goes to

I'd try looking at some of the online Nissan parts stores (eg, Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com) for exploded views of the rear brakes, parking brake, rear suspension, &c.
