Default Wheel Fitment Help!

Hello there you all! Well I'm the lucky guy who bought the work wheels not too long ago on here from another member. Now I'm looking to get them on, but one problem.. very aggressive! I'm new to aggressive wheel fitment thing and I was thinking maybe some of you with experience can chime in and help me get these wheels looking right. I know I need spacers in the front because they make contact with the sport calipers, rears on the other hand isn't an issue. Most likely, I'll need extended wheel studs too. Tire sizes? Any particular brands you guys recommend? As for suspension, I have stance coilovers and all around spc camber kits ready to go. Here are pics of how it sits as of now. Any help will be greatly appreaciated, thanks.

Specs: Work Meister SP1

FRONT
19x10 +5 (93mm lip)
R-Disk

REAR
19x12 +29 (121mm lip)
O-Disk

Front:

Rear:
