Just ordered spacers!

Should I do H&R or Swift springs? My buddy has a slammed evo x and it takes him a half hour to go over any slight bump or incline in

I'm trying to lower mine but not to the point where I have to watch every contour in the roads.

H&R is a little too low for my taste. If your Z is a DD, I'd suggest going with the Swifts. Most reviews say they preform a little better too.

LOL I just read that...

Why did you decide you need to lower your car? if you have to, get Swift. I'm recommending it based on what I've read here not my own experience

I ordered my H&Rs with studs built in. Easier to install. Don't need to open up your breaks.
