H&R spring rates?

Hello guys, i'm going for a BC-Racing coils with custom spring rates, with that said i'd love to run the same rate as my H&R lowered springs. Thus, does anyone

Default H&R spring rates?

Hello guys, i'm going for a BC-Racing coils with custom spring rates, with that said i'd love to run the same rate as my H&R lowered springs. Thus, does anyone knows what is the spring rates for H&R? and yeap i've done my research and couldn't find anything except for the lowered height details.

axmea is correct, got the same response from H&R. but im happy with mine.

You can have it measured, with proper equipment.

Call up a university near you, just a hint

http://www.engineersedge.com/spring_tension_calc_k.htm gives you a pretty good, rough estimate, but to be more exact you'd need material sample for density (if they use compound alloy it will reduce the error if you know it).
