Install was done over the course of 3 days. Roughly between 38-40 hours. It is not a bad install, just time consuming.

Unfortunately, I lost rear air pressure during my ride home last night. This caused the car to almost fully air out and i scraped something on the highway and showered a car behind me with some sparks. I caught it fast enough and was able to save any major damage. But, with that happening i think that cuased that bag 3 sensor to go out, making me lose the E level function. I was only able to manually adjust the bags.

The driver's rear sensor failed and I have a leak from the rear bag. The leak is either the fitting or the hose which is an easy fix. I hope the sensor isn't damaged, I have to test the volts to make sure it is operating properly and find a better mounting postion.

The only downfall of this kit (at least to me) are the sensors. They are difficult and a real pain the *** to mount. It is very frustrating and nerve wracking.

I hope so too. Worst case scenario is the sensor got destroyed, but it is still in one piece and attached to both mounting points on the rear fender liner and bracket coming off the control arm.

still scratching my head on this.

I went through all of the wiring and fuses last night. Replaced the three fuses, redid my grounds, and ran the 12v orange igntion wire straight to the positive battery terminal to insure I was getting the 12 volts. Sent pictures to AccuAir and the tech said that everything looks proper.

Controller still illuminates white and then flashes ten times rapidly, before shutting off. This normally means there is a problem with the 12v ignition wire or the USB wire/harness for the controller.

I have the USB and a new relay being overnighted to me. I will say that accuair has got the best customer service and tech support around. They always answer every time I call and always respond to emails fast. Hoping to get this resolved tomorrow night at the latest. I am in a big time crunch :/

Tonight, I am also going to try disconnecting one compressor at a time and trying one at a time to see if I can get a reaction out of it. I don't think this will solve anything though, but it is worth a shot.

Ouch sorry that happened to you man

That was one of my fears with bags, something goes wrong it becomes close to undrivable. Thats why I went with a cup suspension.

Hope it gets figured out, you could also maybe join AirSociety | The Air Suspension Meeting Grounds really quick. Local group here, mostly VW and Audi but they might be able to provide some insight, good luck!

yeah, tell me about it. I joined airsociety last week.

Accuair is kind of convinced it may be the grounds. I have my multimeter and am going to do some tinkering tonight with it all and possibly find an even better grounding location

Great news!!!!! Change my ground locations and got it running. I have some leaks though and lose air on all four corners in about 21 minutes. That issue will be addressed tomorrow!

Boom!

That I have to figure out tonight. I know for sure I have two of the following leaks.

Bag 2(passenger front) is leaking at the connection point on the VU4 manifold. Solution should be cutting a bit of the existing hose and making the end connection flatter.

Bag 3(driver rear) I can hear the leak by the wheel. This hose was mistakenly cut a bit short and may not be seated all the way. Just cut and replace with new length of hose.

Bag1(driver front) not a severe leak. Can't hear but it loses bag pressure. Probably just leaking slightly at the bag fitting and needs Teflon.

Bag4(pass rear) is unknown but probably the same as bag 1.

I just need to spray the fittings with soapy water and confirm the leaks. They are quite common with air.
