Thanks I'll keep u guys updated. There any way to reset it manually? Just curious. Or just removing the neg terminal and putting it back?

no, its a ROM (Read Only Memory) type. The stuff that gets reset when you disconnect the battery is RAM (Random Access Memory) which is stuff like short term fuel trim, radio stations (on some vehicles) etc..
