Well the larger the drop, the more harsh the car will react (all things equal). Higher end coilovers like the Monoflex and KW have more adjustability and better dampering. You might be ok (I am probably around 2.5 on KWs which are in the same price range) if you don't mind a firm ride. They will work, just a question as to if you feel they are comfortable enough.
If you are going to spend 1k retail though, you might want to wait and hold out for a used set of KWs which typically can go for 1,200-1,300 and are raved about. |
