SPC install help

So got the fronts installed, when working on the rear, I lowered the rear arm and theres little bar that sicks out. Obviously the arm doesnt slide over it. WTH.

Obviously the arm doesnt slide over it. WTH. The only thing I know is im suppose to drimmel when I get to the toe bolt/nut but wth. WHERES THE DYI for SPC....SPL one didnt have this issue.
