The Z does very well at Watkins Glen, I think that is your overall best chance for a win, I was impressed with how my car did there against the high HP competition. Good luck at RA though, anything can happen.

We shall see. The animals we run against are a whoooole different league.
Torque is king at Watkins Glenn... But so is unreal braking which we have. We did has one of our best outings into 350z program at WG so I'm hopeful. We have to get through Road America first.... and that should be interesting. Still trying to sort out some mapping stuff w the Bosch so maybe pick up a little. We now have an excellent starting point on the chassis /suspension ... So this will be te first time we will have an idea when we unload the car. Dwnshift |

Good race!
What happened that the Z qualified first but dropped back several places as soon as the race started?

Sorry.... After the incident at Watkins Glenn... The car is back on the frame rack and we are once again in a full court press to get t ready for race at Indy motor speedway.
Hopefully getting the ad back early this week situation we have a chance to shake it down before our one day super compressed event. After we get through Indy we have over a month till Laguna Seca. I maaaaaaaaay be able to get something going and have some arms in August. Dwnshift |

Yeah the guy @ SPL is a really nice guy, but he has a really sweet 350Z, not a 370. So he doesn't seem to be rushed to get all of the parts out. Good luck @ Indy Dwnshift! |

He's defiantly nice. You just can't run that same story. He explained its not cheap to start a production. And in this economy it's hard to fork the cost up front and wait to make money in the long run. I assured him that there is a market for them here. Course there's a lot of people who just talk and when the time comes they don't have the money.

I can say this high quality products and starting production isn't cheap.
There are def going to be a lot cheaper alternative to the arms that we produce ... .. but.....you get what you bargain for with some things. The Doran arms are way lighter than the 350evo and the same quality. I have been through this before when I worked and raced with the 350EVO products and we raced the 350z in Grand Am cup. I have a picture of our right front upper control arm from the crash ... But I can't publish the pix from my iPod on this forum.... Or don't know the correct way to do so. I can assure you that our control arms are supierior quality to anything else on the market |
