Default KW coilovers

I am curious if anyone has the variant 3's installed? I want to know how the ride is on normal/aggressive street. I don't track at all. I hope the ride is smooth and comfortable. I read some other reviews that the ride is actually better than stock.

I am looking to drop to help my aggressive offsets.

Chances are you are going to be changing the bound and rebound settings a little if you want ultimate ride quality, but yes, I personally think they are comfortable enough to have on a car for daily driving. I dont think what you need are coilovers though...just get springs...

RCZ - Would you suggest changing the shocks when installing springs? Just wondering how long the 370's shocks will last.

Hmm, not if you get decent springs that don't slam the car. Either way...if it happens it happens, worry about it then

Yea, if I do get springs, wouldn't be any lower than a 1" to 1.5" drop, prob Eibach.
I live in a decently hilly area, with plenty of dips and turns concerning pressure on the stock shocks, but I guess when the shocks go, they go and I'll replace them like you said.

got the kw's installed and I am very happy. It fixed the offset issue and improved the ride comfort. Handles like a dream. I am floored by the upgrade.

Think I lowered it too much? It doesn't rub the wheels at all, but the air dam is a issue.

Looks pretty sick. Is that about a 2" drop?

Also, not quite sure on coilovers (assuming the same principal applies), but springs usually lower even more after they settle in. So, it might cause some problems on your wheels rubbing in the near future.

How are you going to get into the annoying gas stations with the dips from hell?

Default Nismo ?

Am I the only one to have installed the NISMO shocks, springs, sway bars? I seem to notice all others doing other stuff. I like the NISMO stuff or am I just getting old?

There's nothing wrong with the Nismo stuff, but it isn't very aggressive in terms of spring rate etc.
