while I haven't seen base Canadian calipers, I'm 99.9% sure Nissan didn't design a different base set just for you guys. You get the same ones.

WHAT A WASTE OF $$$$$$ im no longer looking forward to the arrival of my ride.. i thought it came with these rims and calipers..... they said nothing about design change if you upgraded to sport or navi, they just stated larger wheels and calipers, and rotors.. nothing about damn design... so im going to be stuck with your wheels? no offence, i just prefer these ones Attachment 44197 Attachment 44198 |
uuuh his wheels are Vossen, not the stock nissan ones.
Base 370Z wheels and brakes: http://buyersguide.caranddriver.com/...st0320_042.jpg Sport 370Z wheels are brakes: http://image.automotive.com/f/2010_n...ront-wheel.jpg What exactly did u order? Base, Base+Sport, Base+Touring, Sport+Turing?? |
Sorry to say, OP, but you should have done your research.
The upgraded brakes, wheels, differential and syncro rev-match along with the rear deck spoiler and aero add ons are part of the sport package. For what it's worth, the sport wheels come up in the marketplace quite often and they don't cost much, especially considering they are fully forged 19s. |
Yeah, you may want to cancel that order before it's too late.
|
Well, he asks about 'caliper', not wheel. And the caliper in my pic is the base one. The pic posted by OP is the sports brake with sport 19in.

It's more simple in Canada, there are only 3 choices: 1) Base (which comes with Bose system) 2) Sports 3) Sports+Nav |
:wtf2:

OP, you sure you don't have the base + sport package? If so, you have the wheels and brakes you wanted.
As far as I know, in the US it's Base vs. Touring, and either can have the sport pack. |
this is bs, spent so much on the car and it comes with shitty calipers ffs.. same calipers as the nissan leaf, gota b kidding me.. great... just great.. and im not going to cancel, because ive waited long enough, and im sure its too late to do so. btw i have the base. and in canada, we only have base, sport, navi. you can call base touring i guess..same thing.. but the sport package cost 4K extra. i was hoping for the sport rims, but i guess ill buy a set of chrome and a set of black rims too..
anyone know where i can get the calipers that look like sport calipers, similar looks, and i dont want to spend a fortune. this way i save alot, rather then spending 4K on a sport package |
