If you bought the sport upgrade package from Z1 I am sure you could sell the base calipers, rotors and pads to help offset the cost.

If it's not a sport package Z then you don't have the upgraded brake hardware. In all honesty, even the upgraded package isn't that awesome -- the car is far from "over braked".
I'd just shop around for aftermarket parts that satisfy your wishes -- if it's too much money to do that, then don't worry about it. Just get better pads, SS lines and call it a day. Will still be a HUGE improvement over stock on the cheap. Now if you are tracking the car, that's another story, but again even then you'd need better brakes if you had opted for the sport pack anyway. |

:iagree: The 'Sports Brake' comes with the sports package cannot withstand tracking, you need to upgrade the whole system anyway. If you didn't take the sports package, use that $4000 on new brakes and someother mods. I'll say the money is more well spent. |

Or you could use the money from the sale of the base brakes to have Mike powder coat your new calipers in any color you want. :D |
