OK IM ABOUT TO INSTALL MY WHITELINE FRONT AND REAR SWAYS THIS WEEKEND. I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME ADVISE ON HOW TO SET THEM UP. (which adjustment holes) car will be daily driven and it will see a fair amount of scca events. what would you recommend? car will soon have tein monoflex coilovers

Most are going to tell you to play with them and adjust to your likings. Every set of sways I've owned I do full stiff.

It depends what you wanted. Here is a basic how sway bars would effect oversteer and understeer

Stiffer front sway bar - increase understeer (oversteer correction)
Stiffer rear sway bar - increase oversteer (Understeer correction)
