You can. But if you plan to track alot the the heat will cause it to darken. But yea I've seen a lot of calipers powder coated by my buddy Mike with no issues.

I don't know, I've coated over 1800 sets of calipers in the last 6 years, so maybe you can't.

did u replace the dust shields also or just cut them down? im looking at doing this upgrade at somepoint im not likeing the base brakes at all. to me they feel like i will never stop(could be time to check the pads). ive had the hawk pads on my maxima they very agressive. ive warped a few rotors in no time normal street use.

honestly just spend the money to replace the dust shields for the rears. I cut the shield every 4-6" and bent the tabs out. I'll post a pic later tonight of it.

I just replaced the dust shields, alot of work tho if you plan on doing it yourself, and be sure you have a lift to put the car on, if you get it done at a shop then from what I was told it would take around 4-5 labor hrs to do the rears completely
And thanks for the heads up on the pads, defenatly will keep and eye on them

If your just replacing the caliper and lines yes, however we did need to use a braker bar to losen a few bolts.. So it's up to you it may take a little longer if you never done that before
