Power Steering Noise

I have a weird squeaking noise coming from the power steering rack (not the pump), almost like the sound an old set of shocks make going over bumps. My mechanic lowered the rack to do some work on the turbos, and it started making the noise a little while after I got the car back.

It happens when I turn the wheel in either direction. I had it on jack stands this weekend and it makes a lot less noise with the weight off the wheels.

Any thoughts? Should I try to flush the fluid? Take it back to the mechanic?

Thanks for any help! :tiphat:

If it wasn't there before he touched it then yes back to the mechanic it goes.
