You said so yourself that your current setup is solid. Consider the possibility that Koni ride quality could be **** compared to OEM. If performance is your #1 goal, consider saving for fully adjustable coilovers instead.

Because I dont feel the factory shock was designed to have a reduced stroke of over an inch due to the tein springs. Solid was a poor choice of words I used. I should have said its ok for daily driving but i think the higher spring rate of the tein needs the appropriate shock to accommodate it.

lately im noticing a slight bounce. an indication that the shock isnt absorbing the spring motion very well..... am i wrong suspension gurus?
