Got new wheels put on this weekend and was detailing the car after having them installed when I noticed how much brake dust and residue there was on the front wheel hubs. Since the new wheels have a different hub shape than the stockers this was noticeable upon close inspection.
Is it possible to clean this off and if so what is the best thing to use? And will this current residue on the hub hurt the wheels at all for the time being? Thanks for any help. |
