well I can tell you this... The car is on blocks since one wheel is missing. But even when car is off and not even moving, you can turn the steering wheel. is that related to that or pressure being gone.

Yes the steering will be fairly light as there is no resistance. You get the same thing if you just jack the front of the car in the air. You have even less resistance as the steering rack isn't even attached to anything on that side.

I guess I would go try replace the inner tie rod first, it is about $80.

Your sway bar looks okay actually, just looks like the end link broke.

yea thats all that is wrong with sway bar but dont I have to replace it since its broken on the joint??? I just ordered spindle and hub so almost back on all fours., one being a donut lol
