My exhaust is from Fast Intensions... the clearances may be different than the stock exhaust. I used hose clamps (I know, lame) to stop the locks from sliding and it works perfectly now. I also rotated the exhaust bends at the joints slightly to provide more clearance.

Attended an AutoX event last weekend, really slid through the corners hard, the sways (with my awesome hose clamp mod) never slid or rubbed.

im loving the whitelines...

got them set to stiffest on both front and back - dramatically improved my handling in all corners.

Whiteline do make great stuff and we never had any complaints from our customers before on these sway bars.

Can anyone tell me if the rear end links are needed?

I can pick them up, but not sure if I should or not.

Thanks in advance.

I would highly suggest them. They will allow you to get maximum performance from your bar.

^ mine did the same thing, I tried to get it to fit perfectly inside the bracket but it would always pop out slightly like that on the drivers side only. Roughly 5k miles and a track day later no issues.

Hmmm....This makes me wonder about the Hotchkis bars and I may need to make a switch. I assume Hotchkis would do wonderful on full track cars running on R-comps but on street tires (Direzza II's, RE-11s, RS3s for Example) will it be too much? I have really crap street tires right now and the Hotchkis on the rear set on soft was still too much for them so I've actually swapped back to OEM. Was going to see how the car reacted once I swapped to better tires with the hotchkis bar.

from the read, the hotchikis is too stiff. i suggest checking out stillens too. i think they their bar uses the stock bushings too so you wont have to worry about the issue i noted in the pict above. i run stillen bars on my G. no issue the last 8yrs.

if i was to do it over, i may just get the stillens and install only the front bar and set it at med (or around 30% stiffer than stock). imho, the car does not need stiffer rear bar if running stock suspension... it just needs a slight stiffening up front.
I'm on the Powertrix Road/Track coilovers though. I guess I will just have to install the rear sway bar after my new tires and adjust the stiffness of the rear coils when it comes down to it. I wonder if the full stiffness of the rear for the hotchkis would ever be useful to anyone or if its just a ridiculously beastly bar that is pointless lol.
