The rears are an option. They come with a small bushing with a retainer clip to use as a stop/lock. The fronts come with locks but they are in a raw finish (not anodized). I installed everything at the same time.

I did, and it was a mistake... at least if your track the car. During tracking the front sb are moving way too much and the locks actually pop the bushings out .
Does anybody knows what they're for anyway?

I just installed a set of Stillen bars, but have yet to hit the track, on the street I didn't feel much difference between them and stock (Set front to midle and Rear to Soft)

I was reading thru this thread and see most of you running whiteline bars are doing Soft Front and middle rear, I want to run my bars as close to this specs as possible, using this chart, what would be the equivalent or closest setup on the Stillen Bars??

Then, i must have done something wrong... Are they installed on the outer or inner side and what is the required spce (if any) between the bushings and the locks? Thx

Typically they would be installed on the inside and up close to the bushings.
Make sure your sway bar bushing bracket bolts are torqued to their proper specs.
I'm not familiar with the Whiteline bars... But when I was w 350evo we had those same exact locks included with our sway bars. Again.... Double check those brackets and how the bushings sit in them.

I had the hotchkis swaybars on my 350z. On bad roads it made a "knickknack"-noise. After I changed the oem endlinks to aftermarket sport endlinks the problems was fixed.

Will I have this problem with the whiteline sways on my 370z also?

Thank you!

I have the Whiteline sways front and rear and have not had this noise problem. I will say, however, that the lateral locks do not prevent the rear bar from shifting, it shifts in the rear and rubs on my exhaust (slightly) after a few hard corners on the track... then you get a noise! The bars are awesome, but this is annoying

The rear end links really do help.

Ability to stay in nutral setting really lets the rear sway bar do it's job much better.

Totally worth it, thanks a lot for the advice.
